To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Accountant (F/M) to work in our office in Indianapolis, IN, USA.
You will work full time with a V.I.E. contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work with the help of a multidisciplinary team and you will be in charge of:
- General accounting of the company: customers, suppliers and Office accounts
- Processing invoices and receipts, checking and recording payments, etc.
- Bookkeeping including preparing, processing and recording bank transactions, processing purchase, sales and general ledger entries
- Preparation of bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with data reconciliation queries
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns
- Payment of expense reports
- Oversight of bank records and other duties
- Processing transactions into the system accurately and to the agreed timetables
- Participation in quarterly closings
- Dealing with any business query

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Master’s degree level, knowledge in Accounting or Finance
- Previous working experience in an accounting department required
- Advanced skills using Excel. Knowing SAP will be a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft collaborative tools
- Language skills: fluent in English. Knowing another language (French or Spanish) is a strong plus
- Willingness to learn the strategic and operational demands of the Group
- Experience of collaborative working, team player
- Ability to learn and adapt to new process
- Ability to do simultaneous tasks
- Open to interface with different cultures

- Based on the Business France grid
POSITION
- 2-year V.I.E. contract, full time
