To strengthen our HR Team, we are looking for a HR Manager (F/M) to work at our Head office in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92).

You will join the HR department at ICAPE Group's head office and report to the Group HR Director, with whom you will work closely on various assignments.

You will be a part of an international HR team.

As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for all HR tasks for several subsidiaries.

You are mainly involved in tasks related to payroll (variable pay elements), HR plateforms and management of the employees files and career.

But you also support employee life cycle management processes such as onboarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers, etc.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will manage all operational aspects of the function within a designated perimeter:

  • Personnel administration, labor and employee relations: employee entry and exit, employment contracts, social declarations, personnel files, day-to-day management of employee life cycles, disciplinary procedures and disputes resolution, management of employee health and safety programs, provide expert advice and guidance to staff on all HR aspects, verify legal updates and requirements, update handbooks, etc.
  • Payroll, Compensation and Benefits: management of payroll activities with internal and/or external providers, prepare benefits and salary packages, ensure benefits fit the needs of employees, establish bonus plans and develop pay structure with the management, serve as liaison with insurance companies, etc.
  • Training and Development: organize employee ondoarding and trainings, follow up training plans, provide ongoing staff training, skills development, determine what training is necessary, design materials and workshops for presentations, follow up performance/assessment reviews, etc.
  • HR platforms: record and update data in HR tools (HRIS, assessment plateform, etc.), ensure the reliability of Group information (regular checks), assist and train employees and managers to use these plateforms
  • Recruitment: hire new employees in different countries, contact head hunters and monitor recruitment processes, work with hiring managers to develop ideal candidate criteria, scour job boards to find good candidates, attract qualified candidates, select and interview the best candidates, coordinate relocation if necessary
  • Job Analysis: identify and document job duties/descriptions and requirements, use data to develop training materials and methods, determine compensation, develop job titles and job descriptions.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, advising and guiding employees and managers as a HR partner
  • Manage day-to-day individual and collective relations
  • Implement, monitor and update HR processes
  • Team management

Various other cross-functional HR tasks.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor degree in HR
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in an polyvalent HR position or similar position is required
  • You are fluent in English and French (oral and written required). English is essential for working in an international environment
  • You are adaptable and able to multitask
  • You are methodical and organized with good sense of priority and attentive to detail
  • Proactive, determined and persevering, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Good communication skills (clear, respectful, efficient), friendly contact, ability to build and develop relationships, ability to establish cultural links between the company's different geographical/cultural entities
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to keep records and files up to date, time management skills to ensure that work gets done
  • Structured, independent and careful way of working combined with a high sense of responsibility
  • Pack Office knowledge
  • Knowing a payroll software is a plus
