We are looking for a work-study HR Assistant (F/M), for a 2 year apprenticeship contract.
Reporting to the HR Department of ICAPE Group's headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92), in the south of Paris, France, you will work in collaboration with the HR Manager in various missions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Personnel administration : prepare various declarations to social organizations
- HRIS: record and update employees data
- Update job descriptions
- Recruitment: publication of offers, selection of CVs, liaison with operational staff on follow-up to applications, organization of interviews, follow-up with applicants.
- Training: record and update employees and training datas in our training platform; training searches, registration and follow-up with trainee and training organization
- Monitor and consolidate group data for training, recruitment and other indicator
- Work on a variety of HR projects
PROFILE
- Master's Degree Level in HR (BAC+4/5)
- A first experience in HR would be appreciated

Minimum intermediate (B2) level in English is required (written and oral)

Fluency in French is required (written and oral)
- Good adaptability, you know how to be versatile in carrying out different missions
- You have good interpersonal skills
- You are rigorous, well-organised and autonomous
