Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader
As an Inside Sales representative, you will play an essential role in supporting our commercial operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to business growth.
You will work closely with the Inside Sales Team Leader, the Sales Manager, and our international teams.
Managing requests for quotations and preparing high‑quality sales offers independently
Actively following up on offers to build a strong pipeline and close deals
Processing and monitoring customer orders in SAP
Ensuring daily fulfillment of customer needs with high service quality
Achieving defined KPIs and contributing to commercial performance
Coordinating with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, sales teams and internal support departments
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with your assigned portfolio
Creating and supporting favorable conditions for business development
Updating CRM data and contributing to prospecting activities
Participating in occasional business trips for customer visits or commercial events
Supporting department goals and taking ownership of new tasks
Identifying opportunities to add value and improve internal processes
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical field and/or distribution
Fluent German and English (oral and written) required;
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent commercial mindset and customer orientation
Interest in technical topics and ability to understand technical solutions
Ability to work independently as well as within a small team
Comfortable in cross‑functional and international environments
Proactive, determined, solution‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Enjoys communication and customer relationship management
