We are looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented Inside Sales (F/M/D) to strengthen our German sales team. In this key position, you will work closely with your Inside Sales Team Leader, support our commercial operations, collaborate with international colleagues, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.
As part of our sales team and reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader, you will:
Manage requests for quotations and independently prepare high‑quality sales offers, following internal guidelines
Actively follow up on offers to maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and close deals
Process and monitor customer orders in SAP
Ensure daily fulfillment of customer requests with maximum service quality
Achieve defined KPIs and deliver strong commercial performance
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, sales teams and support departments in an international context
Build and maintain excellent relationships with your assigned customer portfolio
Create conditions that foster long‑term business development
Maintain accurate CRM data and support prospecting activities
Participate in occasional business trips (customer visits, fairs, commercial events)
Support department goals by taking initiative and ownership
Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to the organization
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or distribution environment
Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken), confident in an international setting
SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong listening and communication skills, with empathy towards customers and colleagues
Excellent commercial mindset and interpersonal capabilities
Genuine interest in technical products and solutions
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
Confident in cross‑functional, multicultural interactions
Proactive, solution‑focused, determined and structured
Skilled at managing multiple projects while prioritizing effectively
