Your Responsibilities:
Act as a link between the sales department and other parts of the company
Handle inquiries from both colleagues and customers
Free up time for the field sales team
Ensure quality throughout the delivery process – from quotation to final delivery
About You:
Service-oriented, structured, and naturally driven by sales
Enjoy contacting customers and following up on quotes and orders – you see the phone as an active tool for building relationships, developing partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience in internal sales or customer service in a technical B2B company is an advantage
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Comfortable with IT and preferably experienced with CRM or ERP systems
