🚀 Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Remote position | Germany

To strengthen our growth in Germany, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with solid experience in electronics sales and customer relationship management.

This is a full‑time, remote role, with frequent travel to customers.

💡 Your role

You will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships in Germany and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will act as a trusted partner for your clients, offering custom‑made technical solutions and coordinating closely with internal teams.

Our solutions include:

• Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)

• Custom-made electro‑mechanical parts

• Cable assemblies, displays, keypads, metal & plastic parts

✅ Your responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new companies and business opportunities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts

• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets

• Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers

• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments
  (Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Supply Chain)

• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction

• Frequent weekly travel to visit customers and prospects

• Report regularly to management on sales performance, targets and pipeline

🎓 Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in electronics

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical background is a plus

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Proven ability in Key Account Management

• Structured, well‑organized and detail‑oriented

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment

• Willingness to travel frequently
