Logistics Assistant

Job Description 工作职责：

1. Follow up shipments one by one according to the delivery date confirmed by the SAP system supplier; 按照SAP系统供应商确认的交期一一跟进出货;
2. Solve problems during shipping and transportation. 解决出货运输过程中出现的问题.
3. Supplier invoices and freight forwarding invoices are entered into the SAP system in a timely manner 供应商发票以及货代运费发票及时录入SAP系统
4. Arrange the booking, review bill of lading and Hong Kong export declaration; 安排订仓，审核提单及香港出口报关;
5. Formulate basic shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, etc. 制定发票，装箱单等基本出货文件

Requirement 岗位要求 ：

1. Be careful, cautious, responsibility and methodical work 做事细致认真负责，谨慎且有条理性；

2. Be able to handle the problems independently, good communication and coordination with other departments 有独立处理问题的能力，很好与各部门沟通协调。

3. be familiar with 2010 incoterms熟悉2010贸易术语

4. Good reading, writing, spoken in English, at least Non-Professional Level 4 英语书写/口语能力良好。
5. College degree or above 大专以上学历。

6. More than one year's experience in order processing and shipping arrangement, with practical documentation operation experience;熟悉出货和船务相关流程, 商务英语/国际贸易专业的优秀应届生亦可;

7. Be familiar with shipment and shipping related processes, excellent freshmen majoring in Business English/International Trade 一年以上订单处理及运输经验且有实际单证操作经验;

8. Be familiar with SAP, office software熟练操作SAP, office software。
