We are looking for a motivated and committed Sales Assistant (F/M) to assist our Sales Representatives in USA / Mexico.
You will be working at our office in Mexico City, Mexico.
You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a sales team, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
- Preparation of printed circuit board quotations
- Receive and distribute purchase orders
- Communicate with the sales team and service office in China
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration or International Business
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service department is preferred
- English language is required (written and oral English)
- Excel proficiency
- Good adaptability skills
- Organized and meticulous
- Commitment and willingness about the position
- Your listening skills are great (towards customers, colleagues), you are empathetic
- You like communication and customer relations
- You are able to deal with cross-functional and international relations, in a multicultural company
- You are reactive and know how to find relevant solutions
- You are also proactive, determined and persevering, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit
