We are looking for Sales Engineers (F/M) who will be working for our subsidiary in Italy.
You will be a key contributor to the success of our sales team and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect new company and opportunities.
- Follow existing customers and develop our activities with them.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations and carries-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, quality, customer service…).
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assists in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
- Weekly travel involved to visit customers and prospects. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently.
- Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements and business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if proven experience. Technical degree will be of benefit
- Minimum 2-3 years' sales experience (Electronics sales experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written required)
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
- Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Open to interface with different cultures
