ICAPE GROUP is a European leader in PCB and technical component trading, with offices worldwide. In response to growing demand, we are inviting new Sales Engineers to join our sales team in China.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify new customers and develop existing accounts in the United States
Achieve and exceed the annual sales targets set by the company
Prepare quotations and conduct commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers
Coordinate communication across departments to resolve customer issues
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to help analyze and improve customer satisfaction
Visit overseas customers and participate in international trade shows
Job Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to take on new challenges
2–3 years of sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office
Good spoken and written English skills; CET-6 or above
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or International Trade is a plus
Willingness to work early morning shifts (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
