Reporting directly to the IS Manager, the IS & Projects Department plays a strategic role at Group level. As a Project Manager, you will ensure operational performance and drive digital transformation by translating business challenges into a technological roadmap, optimizing business processes, and creating value.
Build and manage SAP project planning, roadmap and key milestones (Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover, Hypercare).
Lead governance bodies: Steering Committees (COPIL), Project Committees (COPROJ) and workshops with SAP experts.
Budget management experience is a strong plus.
Maintain a clear understanding of the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, Cloud, Fiori, BTPā¦).
Understand major SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HR, EWMā¦) without necessarily being a functional consultant.
Work effectively with both application maintenance teams (TMA) and external system integrators.
Identify impacts on IT systems, interfaces, data flows, and business processes.
Challenge business requirements by leveraging SAP standard functionalities.
Coordinate testing phases and secure go-live readiness:
Cutover planning
Data migration strategy
Communication and deployment plan
Translate SAP topics into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
Provide functional leadership to internal teams and external partners.
Facilitate workshops with business teams, business analysts, and SAP consultants.
Strong knowledge of project methodologies is required (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate for SAP-related streams).
Good understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurementā¦).
Strong exposure to solution integration principles.
Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals.
Familiarity with change management principles.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement within the project community.
Support pre-sales activities by contributing to commercial proposals alongside internal teams.
Education: Masterās degree (Engineering School / University / Business School) in Information Systems.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in managing complex SAP IT projects.
Technical background: Strong SAP environment exposure.
Soft skills: Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, excellent communication skills with both IT and business stakeholders, adaptability.
Languages: Fluent French and professional English (minimum C1 level).
