To strengthen our team and our development, we are looking for an System/Network Administrator - Apprentisceship (F/M) to be based in Fontenay aux roses - France.
Reporting to the Group IT Manager, you will be part of a dynamic, multicultural, multi-site team of 13 people.
Scope: to date, +600 users / workstations, over 90 centrally managed servers for 23 sites in Europe / America / Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide level 1, 2 and 3 user support
- Install, configure and deploy IT equipment
- Manage Active Directory, SAP and Office 365 accounts and access rights
- Dynamics CRM management: CRM enhancement
- Creation and follow-up of procedures
- Manage hardware and update inventory
- Management of AD, Exchange, ERP, Backup servers, etc.
- Implementation, administration and change management of internal communications solutions (e-mail, instant messaging, fixed and mobile telephony)
- Administration of VMWARE and Hyper-v virtual servers
- Installation or migration of servers
- Participate in the integration of new sites or acquisitions
- Travel to and from our various sites
PROFILE
You are studying at Bac+2, Bac+3, Bac+4 level in computer systems and networks or equivalent, and you have the following knowledge and skills:
- A strong interest in new technologies
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, VMWare Esxi
- Knowledge of computer networks, cybersecurity and cloud solutions
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology
- Problem-solving, communication and adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication skills, in French and English, with team spirit and ability to work independently.
